Organization, management and control model
The organisation, management and control model adopted by the Company and compliant with Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 is based on the interaction of data, logic and methods:
- Corporate organizational structure, organizational chart, list of roles with related functions;
- List of Sensitive Activities and related Process Areas, potentially exposed to the risk of crime pursuant to the Decree;
- Protocols and procedures for managing Sensitive Activities, as better described in the Special Part;
- System of internal controls aimed at monitoring processes, identifying anomalies and their removal;
- Sanction system of the Company;
- Information and training on the Model aimed at all internal personnel of the Company, suppliers and external collaborators of the Company;
- Documentation and verbalization of the verification, control and intervention activities periodically produced by the Supervisory Body.
Code of Ethics
Chemical Express has identified ethical values and Social Responsibility in its Code of Ethics, which it identifies as opportunities for growth and improvement of the quality of the work environment and for the resolution of problems, from the most modest to the most burdensome, which may arise in the daily development work activity. Chemical Express has identified its internal stakeholders in employees and management staff, and external stakeholders in relations with institutions, suppliers, customers, business partners, trade unions and political and media organizations. All must comply with the principles set out in the Company Code of Ethics approved by the Sole Director of the company in the person of Mr. Giuseppe Avallone and annually reviewed by him and by the Unipersonale Supervisory Body, Avv. Emanuele Guarino. Respect for these principles is of fundamental importance to achieve the corporate mission and to guarantee the reputation of the company in the socio-economic context in which it operates. For this reason Chemical Express firmly believes that every activity must be carried out ethically, recognizing the principle enshrined in art. 41 of the Constitution, according to which private economic initiative "cannot be carried out in contrast with social utility or in such a way as to damage security, freedom, human dignity".
