Chemical Express is the first Italian company in the transport of bulk liquid chemicals to use IMT's telematic solutions.

We have chosen IMT as a telematic partner for their professional approach and for their experience and excellent reputation on the market. Another very important element in the decision-making process was represented by the possibility of having a photovoltaic panel battery that would allow a solution with a lower environmental impact.

From the range of IMT's telematics solution we mainly use the WT19-Ex temperature sensor, the HS19-Ex heating sensor, and the solar-powered CTL20-Ex tracking solution. Thanks to these devices we now have the possibility to optimise certain processes and save time and money, for example by being able to control the temperature of the product remotely.

In stainless steel, insulated with a high degree of insulation to maintain the temperature of the transported product, authorized for the transport of dangerous goods for the purposes of ADR - RID - IMDG. Equipped with internal bulkheads that allow the transport of limited quantities of product (greater than 20% and less than 80% of the filling degree of the tank) in compliance with the principles dictated by ADR - RID - IMDG and which always guarantee perfect stability of the half. It is the most versatile type of tank that exists, as factors such as the high capacity, the bulkheads, and the tank code, allow the transport of various types of chemical products having the most disparate physico-chemical characteristics, and allowing the transport by road, by rail or by ship. Equipped with 'Ground Operator' for pressurizing the tank from below, without the driver having to get on the tank, so as to avoid the potential danger of falls. Some tanks will be equipped with a 'Life Line', to make up for any lack of the receiver exhaust system.
