Logistics office coordinator

Job description

The candidate will contribute to the daily management of logistics activities, supporting transport planning, coordination with suppliers and travelling personnel, and updates to operational documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the operational activities of the logistics office
  • Support the planning of transport and deliveries
  • Handle communications with suppliers and travelling personnel
  • Monitor shipment status and update operational documentation
  • Work with the team to ensure logistics activities run correctly
Required skills
  • Knowledge of English. Knowledge of Spanish, French or German will be considered a plus
  • Full-time availability
  • IT skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
